A live menu updating system that allows the creation of menus online via an administration panel and saves the menus for online display and for e-mail marketing purposes.

The entry on the web directory will be found by relevant postcode or town/city location searches, or in combination with or solely by restaurant type by food style category [Italian, French].
The search result displays a pop up window with basic subscriber information [Restaurant name, type, address, link]

The pages contain Restaurant name, style, address, 2 images, about us and menus, created at sign up stage by the subscriber.
An e-mail based Customer Relationship Management system that allows selective and bulk e-mailing of restaurant customers that have agreed to leave their e-mail address and name with the restaurant, for e-mail marketing purposes.
An administration panel that allows access to the registered e-mail addresses for e-mailing and the sending out of menus and special offer details.

Contract and Payment :

Minimum Contract 12 month
• Contract continues monthly after 12 months, 3 months cancellation notice in writing or e-mail required to cancel.
• Contract cancellation notice can be given after 9 months of initial contract.
• Monthly amount payable by standing order.
• Standing order payable to Concept Websites Ltd, Sort Code 30-97-44, account number xyz
• Non payment will result in the suspension of all services 14 days after payment due date.

What information is being collected and how is it used?
For online renewals, data is collected within the UK and certain data may then be transferred to Rackspace our hosting provider of www.atabletonight.co.uk.
